A Senior Software Developer leads projects and people through the entire software development cycle, including design, test, and implementation of applications, databases and reports. A successful Senior Software Developer is able to lead teams, work independently, and work within a team to complete projects. Strong technical and soft skills, and the drive to deliver high-quality user experiences to our clients are critical. This full-time opportunity is available for the right candidate.

Meet with clients to understand project requirements
Develop specifications and estimates
Use Spectrum Programming Standards to meet or exceed project requirements
Design, modify and optimize relational databases
Develop and modify ASP.NET applications
Design and implement complex logic
Create and modify high quality reports and exports
Validate and test code
Meet with clients to demonstrate progress and manage expectations
Manage projects from start to finish, including budgets
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field required
3+ years of software development experience
Strong UI/UX design skills
The ability to learn and teach others new techniques and skills
Mastery of Visual Studio, VS Code, or other IDE
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, .NET languages, JavaScript, SQL
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members

A Software Developer, working with other developers, is engaged in the entire software development cycle, including design, test, and implementation of applications, databases, and reports. A successful Software Developer demonstrates a commitment to building software that provides an excellent end-user experience, and the ability to work independently and within a team to complete assigned tasks. This full-time opportunity is ideal for entry-level or limited experience candidates.

A Software Project Manager organizes projects and people through the entire software development cycle, including conception, design, test, and implementation of applications, databases and reports. They are the primary point of contact for a Client Product Owner, and work daily with the client(s) to build specifications, and make sure that the project is executed to the Client’s expectations. A successful Project Manager is able to lead teams, communicate effectively, and work within a team to complete projects. Strong organization, technical and soft skills, the ability to multitask, and the drive to deliver high-quality user experiences to our clients are critical. Some coding and page design will be required. This full-time opportunity is available for the right candidate.

A Sales and Marketing intern communicates with Spectrum team members, and clients to draft and revise postings, promotional material, and client updates. They add content to the Spectrum website, including photos, and videos of our team, our software, and our clients. They maintain and develop Spectrum social media and promotional content, and material. In addition, the Intern will be charged with attending sales meetings, and networking events alongside other members of the Spectrum sales team, and updating our CRM notes after these events.

Draft client communications

Help to improve our CRM systems and processes
Maintain Spectrum social media accounts
Develop promotional materials
Take photos and videos at Spectrum events
Create testimonial videos of clients
Attend sales meetings, and networking events with our sales team
A limited amount of report creation, and tutorial writing

Good interpersonal communication skills
Organizational Skills - organizing, planning, and prioritizing work: developing specific goals and plans to accomplish the work
Technology - working with computers: using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) Microsoft suite, ADOBE, CANVA or a design platform
Familiarity with modern social networks including LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook
Good written communication skills
An eye for design
Seeking a degree in a Marketing, Business or related field
Photo and Video editing skills
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Working knowledge of CRM software and procedures
Experience with Microsoft Publisher or similar tool
Familiarity with basic HTML & CSS
Internship - 10-25 hours per week, flexible schedule
